Completely conceived and designed by PAE is the new rotation control system with motion sensor, which can be installed on the counter-jib of the crane. It effectively detects motion anomalies and transmits them in real time to the rotation command inverter. In this way load stabilization is achieved, reducing the “mechanical fatigue” of the structures.
The main features of the system are:
Optimal handling when starting and braking.
Balance in all inertial phases of the motion.
Reduction of load swing during acceleration and deceleration.
Thanks to this device, the cranes no longer need specific motors with a motion/retarder system, but generic motors with only the parking brake.
