On request, PAE can supply the TELEASSISTANCE service for its equipment. The service requires the presence of a qualified technician on site, equipped with a laptop with WEB connection. The service is managed by PAE technicians, with the use of the “Teamviewer” platform.
The service allows our technicians to interact with the remote computer connected to our devices and guide the local technician to the best operational configuration of the systems.

PAE can provide technical information and advice by telephone or by e-mail, on our equipment already purchased or on possible applications in anticipation of a purchase.

Thanks to a specific component and warehouse management policy. PAE can guarantee the availability of the equipment in very tight deadlines.
Similarly, to the availability of the equipment, technical assistance also follows the same dynamic. The devices sent to our laboratory by courier can be repaired within 1 or 2 working days.
Urgent repairs can be agreed if the customer personally provides for delivery and collection at our laboratory.
PAE is available to organize courses for installers in order to enable them to use our equipment. Courses usually last one or two days. The courses are held exclusively at the PAE headquarters. At the end of the courses, a specific certificate of qualification will be issued.
It is necessary to possess the certificate of qualification to be authorized to intervene on PAE devices and to use the REMOTE ASSISTANCE service.
