The NCT411 apparatus is the flagship device of the production of PAE control boards. It contains all the functions of the other control boards such as:

8. RS232 communication.
9. Temperature reading on two PT100 probes.
10. RELAY output management on a temperature threshold.
11. DATA interfacing with GSM-LTE.
12. 32bit 200MHz microcontroller.
13. Wide range power input (AC/DC).
14. Super capacitor power backup (NO BATTERY) up to 1 minute. 15. Three ABSOLUTE ENCODER inputs

The device manages PAE absolute encoders for carriage, rotation and lifting. It is also able to manage potentiometers for trolley, travel and hoist. It can implement the anti-collision function for rotation/carriage with obstacle insertion from computer with PC application. It is equipped with a key selector input as an anti-collision disengagement. It is able to memorize the working hours for the three main movements (rotation, carriage, lifting). It manages the radio modem (NCT400) directly with the other interfering cranes (up to 5). Display in Italian, English. Optional upon request: German, Portuguese, French, Spanish and Russian. All configuration parameters are stored in non-volatile internal memory with the possibility of downloading from the server. Management of sending functional alarms with display visualization and reports on server. Possibility of managing maintenance with the “INDUSTRY 4.0” configuration). Power supply with wide acceptance range from 30 to 65V(AC-DC). The menus are simple and intuitive.
