Programs for managing the BLACK BOX device, NCT411 Usable on Personal Computers equipped with operating systems from Windows 7 to Windows 11. The READER program allows complete configuration of the device, creation and memorization of obstacle maps and load curves. The REMOTE program allows viewing via web connection.

The READER program requires a serial cable which can be supplied by PAE. The program is required for Teleassistance. It does not need to be installed. It is immediately usable.
